Baby Kora!

I had a great photo shoot with a family today and their one year old little girl.  Little Kora was as happy as could be, except for the nose dive she took right at the end of the photo shoot.  Good thing we were done!  Poor little thing.  Sometimes these little ones, get so excited about what they are doing that they just loose their balance.  Here is a sneak peak of little Kora!  Be sure to check back later, because there is more to come from this photo shoot!

Indoor Baby Photo Shoots!

So most may think that natural light photographers can only work outside.  Well that isn't true at all, infact some of the most unique pictures can come from right inside a home.  I love to photograph babies in their bedrooms.  I feel like it captures the most memories for the parents in their pictures.  Here are two recent photo shoots I just did, both were done in the childs room, with just one window letting in natural light.  I usually don't need a lot of space, or alot to work with. 

Ryan and Sarah - An Engagment Photo Shoot

So last week I did an engagement photo shoot.  I had so much fun, and the 26 degree weather didn't even bother me.  It's amazing how I stay warm the entire time I am outside shooting, and then after I get in my car to head home, I realize how cold I actually am.  I guess when your brain is busy being creative, like I do when I'm taking pictures, it shuts down the part of your brain that makes you aware how cold you are.  Ryan and Sarah were so much fun to hang with all afternoon!  We were laughing non stop!  Ryan also has some interesting dance moves.  All afternoon they were fair game to anything I asked them to do!  I think they looked amazing in, and you could see the love come across in the pictures.  I also loved taking pictures in the snow!  It was so beautiful, and it was hard to get a bad picture!  I hope to do more photo shoots in the snow in the near future!
